Privacy policy

This policy explains what information PassportRenewalPhoto (passportrenewalphoto.com) collects and how it is used. The site is operated by the company listed at the end of this page.

Your photos

The passport photo checker runs entirely in your browser. Your photo is processed on your device and is never uploaded to our servers, stored or shared.

If you follow a link to IDPhotoly to make a photo, IDPhotoly’s own privacy policy applies to the photos and order details you give it there.

Information you send us

When you use the contact or partner form we store your name, email address, the details you enter and your IP address, so we can reply and prevent abuse. We keep these messages for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie only when you use a form, to protect it against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

We may measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies, to understand which guides are useful. If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Links and sponsored content

When you click a link to IDPhotoly we record that the click came from this site (a campaign name in the link), not who you are. Sponsored links are counted by a redirect on our site before you reach the partner; partners’ own privacy policies apply on their sites.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
