Disclaimer

PassportRenewalPhoto is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Postal Service or any other government agency.

Where to apply

U.S. passports are issued only by the U.S. Department of State. You can renew online or by mail, or apply in person at an acceptance facility, as described on travel.state.gov. Government fees are paid only to the State Department.

What we offer

We publish independent guides and a free photo checker. If you choose to make a photo with our sister service IDPhotoly, you pay IDPhotoly for the photo only, not for any government service.

Accuracy

We check our guides against official sources and show the date of the last check, but rules can change. Read our editorial policy.
