Partner program terms

These are the key terms of our partner program. Each partnership is confirmed in a short written agreement that sets the exact commission or pricing. Apply on the partner page.

Who can join

Websites, newsletters, social channels, travel and visa agencies, photo studios and businesses whose audience needs passport, visa or ID photos. We review every application and may decline it without giving a reason.

Commission and tracking

  • Affiliates earn a commission on paid IDPhotoly orders made through their personal tracking link. The rate is set in your agreement.
  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled or fraudulent do not earn a commission.
  • Agencies and studios can choose volume pricing instead of commission.

Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid once the agreed minimum is reached, by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Promotion rules

  • Never present yourself, us or IDPhotoly as a government agency or suggest an official endorsement.
  • Never promise that a photo or application will be approved.
  • No spam, no misleading ads, no bidding on our brand names in paid search without written permission, and no cookie stuffing.
  • Follow the FTC endorsement guides: clearly disclose that you earn a commission.

Advertisers on our sites are labelled as sponsored and must offer legal, relevant services. We may remove any placement that misleads readers.

Ending the partnership

Either side may end the partnership with written notice. Commissions earned on valid orders before the end are still paid.
